In this workshop, you will learn everything you’ll need to know from start to bread! There will be a combination of teaching methods including; presentation, open discussion, and hands on exercises. You will leave feeling confident in your new skills to continue bread making at home. The workshop will provide a terminology guide, tips and tricks, a beginner’s recipe, and a dehydrated sourdough starter kit with rehydration instruction.
